• Reverse engineering of transfer tooling and long-running programs to bring design into current 3D electronic format.
• Simulation of die filling, die and part temperature.
• Calculations for die heating and cooling to support production rates.
• Validate teams work with divisions to assist in process improvements and cost reduction activities.
