Burlington Technologies is a privately owned company with 39 years experience producing high-pressure aluminum die casting, machining and assembly for the automotive industry.
Burlington Technologies Inc. was started in 1965 by our founder Mr. Len Carpenter, with major contributions coming from Mr. Len Danniels (VP Manufacturing) for the first 27 years of our history. B.T.I. was known then as Burlington Die Casting, a producer of premium quality aluminum die castings. Family owned, Len is a second generation die caster. Len's father Bill began his career running his own die cast business. Len branched out on his own in 1965 with two used Buhler die cast machines in a rented building with four (4) employees. Presently, B.T.I. operates under the third generation of the Carpenter family, our president Mr. Ken Carpenter.
Major expansions over the past 10 years include 4 additional locations totaling over 200,000 square feet. These expansions include a division dedicated to high precision machining and assembly with facilities to accommodate investment in engineering and design resources.
