2009-06-25 - BTI acquired by Cerion LLCOn June 19th, 2009 BTI is pleased to advise we have been purchased by Cerion LLC, part of the Revstone Group of Companies.
BTI will continue to operate with our 3 Divisons. Burlington( Die Casting and Corporate Office), Centennial (Tooling), Dexcam (Machining and Assembly).
BTI's key management in all Divisions and Corporate Office will continue to "Delight our Customers" both existing and new.
This is a new beginning for BTI and all the BTI employees are excited about our future prospects and eager to participate in our future growth.
